Why the name “ON-Q”?

We originally chose our name from part of the owner’s nickname, Susie-Q.
Then we used the coined phrase “Right ON-Q” as our tagline...

...and we like the letter “Q”. It’s cool.

Of course, we strive to live up to the “Big Q’s”:

having the answers to your Questions,
providing only Quality design, and living up to our Quotes.

Now, we reference our “Q” as 'Quid pro quo', or “one good turn deserves another.” Webster’s defines it as: “Something given or received for something else.”
